2. Processing through the contact and appointment forms
The name, e-mail address, telephone number and message entered in a form are processed to answer the enquiry, prepare appointment scheduling and maintain contact. Where the request concerns an appointment or the preparation of healthcare, the legal basis is taking steps at the visitor’s request before entering into a contract. For other general enquiries, the legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in responding.
A message concerning intimate health may contain health data. Such data are processed only on the basis of the visitor’s separate and explicit consent. Please do not send detailed medical documentation, medical reports, intimate photographs or an unnecessarily detailed medical history through the form.
Messages are normally retained for 12 months from the date of contact, unless a contractual relationship, legal claim or statutory obligation requires a longer period. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
3. Technical data and server logs
For security, troubleshooting and operation, the web server may process the IP address, time of visit, requested page, browser and device information. The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in operating the website securely. Log data are intended to be retained for no more than 1 days, except where a security incident or legal claim requires longer retention.

5. Cookies and similar technologies
The website uses cookies and session storage that are strictly necessary for operation. Analytics or marketing technologies may be activated only after prior, freely given consent. Embedded Google Maps are used to display clinic locations and load automatically when a map page is opened. Google may receive technical information such as the IP address, browser data and approximate location. No analytics or marketing service is currently enabled by this website.
6. Content intended for adults
The age gate asks for a voluntary age declaration. The response is stored only on the visitor’s device until the browser session ends. This feature is not an identity or formal age-verification service.
7. Recipients and international transfers
Personal data may be accessed only by members of the controller’s staff who require access for their duties and by the hosting provider. Google Maps loads automatically on map pages. Google may process technical data as an independent controller, and data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area under Google’s own privacy terms. Direction buttons open a separate Google Maps page.
8. Your rights
You may request information and access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn at any time.
Requests may be submitted to halasmedical@gmail.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information or seek a judicial remedy.
9. Data security
The controller applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, deletion or loss. Internet transmission, however, cannot be guaranteed to be entirely risk-free.
